SymptoPro offers an in-person 3 part class series on the Sympto-Thermal method of NFP.
NFP is not the Rhythm method and is 99% effective in preventing pregnancy when the rules are followed along with your instructor. The same information taught to avoid pregnancy can also be used to achieve pregnancy as well.
Next class series: September 6th, September 20th, and October 4th from 3:30-5:30 pm in the St. Mary of the Assumption Spirit Center (located behind the church). You can register online via Google Form ( HERE ).
