We’re thrilled to announce that as of today, Audrey Bennett joins the staff of St. Mary of the Assumption as Youth Minister!
Read below a little biography and note from Audrey:
My name is Audrey Bennett. I am an alumna of St. Mary Catholic School and Fisher Catholic High School and a recent graduate of University of Dayton where I earned my degree in Communications. I am a joyful, Holy Spirit led, coffee-lovin, curly-headed daughter of God with a passion for bringing people into a relationship with Jesus. I love teaching and working with kids. I’ve been a gymnastics coach, VBS leader, and missionary at Damascus Catholic Mission Campus. I love talking with people about Jesus and I never shy away from telling anyone how good He is. I love Lilo & Stitch, C.S. Lewis, Twenty One Pilots and sitting in the presence of Jesus. I’m excited to reconnect with the families at St. Mary and be a part of our foundation of faith here at this great parish. I will be at Damascus’s youth night, Upperroom, which starts at 7 p.m. January 12th. I hope to see all the high school students there! I’m so excited to get started and work with all the young people and I cannot wait to see how the Lord works in and through them!
