Please keep Daniel Sullivan, parishioner, and graduate of St. Mary School and Fisher Catholic, in your prayers as he enters postulancy to discern religious life with the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin (Capuchin Franciscans) in the Province of St. Augustine.
The Province of St. Augustine includes the District of Columbia, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and has missionaries in Puerto Rico and Papua New Guinea. The Capuchin Franciscans have a wide variety of ministries and primarily focus on serving the poor. The order has approximately 11,000 friars worldwide and has many well-known saints such as St. Padre Pio and Blessed Solanus Casey.
